Key Responsibilities:
Execution
- Search Campaign Execution: Utilize our internal bidding tool to execute search campaigns efficiently, ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and alignment with brand objectives.
- Campaign Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign results, metrics, and budget performance. Adjust strategies as needed to enhance campaign effectiveness and ensure budget adherence.
- Budget Optimization: Proactively optimize campaign budgets to drive efficiencies, maximizing return on investment while staying within allocated spending limits.
- Guideline Adherence: Follow established search guidelines and implement recommendations from the Regional Business Unit (RBU) team to ensure best practices are maintained across campaigns.
Strategy Building
- Feedback and Recommendations: Provide proactive feedback and actionable recommendations on campaign execution to improve performance strategies and drive better results.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with Data Scientists and Project Managers to share insights and feedback on the internal bidding tool, helping to refine its functionalities and enhance usability.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive performance reports for campaigns to the Dcommerce RBU and local teams, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Communication of Insights: Maintain open lines of communication with the Dcommerce RBU and local teams regarding tool performance. Identify any reporting barriers and suggest effective solutions to overcome challenges.
- Innovation Updates: Keep the team informed about the latest innovations and features in eRetailers Ads, ensuring that strategies are aligned with industry advancements and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are an eager learner with a passion for digital marketing and a solid understanding of key areas such as Digital/eCommerce, performance media buying, SEO insights, marketplaces, Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM), and Content Management. Your experience in media buying and generating actionable insights will feed a continuous learning loop. You excel in data management and analytics, utilizing tools that help you access, organize, manipulate, and present data effectively. A strong communicator, you are adept at working collaboratively across functions to achieve shared goals.

Job Qualifications
Performance Media Analyst - Requirements:
-
A BS or MS/MBA in Business/Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Data Science.

1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing technology.

Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads.

Experience analyzing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google Search.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to leverage storytelling to influence decisions.

A strong collaborator with a passion for winning and a team-oriented mindset.

Strong operational discipline
Preferred:
-
Experience in eCommerce, with an understanding of the fundamentals required to succeed with Brick & Click and Pure Play partners.

Background in E-Retailer performance media buying.

Technical knowledge is highly desirable (eg Sponsored Ads certifications, Amazon/Google Knowledge, etc
-
Certification in digital marketing, such as the Online Marketing Certified Associate (OMCA).
