This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
We are seeking a self-motivated Performance Measurement Analyst to join the Performance Measurement Group. The Performance Measurement Analyst will provide portfolio analytics, performance and reporting services for the firm’s evergreen private markets investments. This individual will work closely with the department’s internal performance measurement team as well as other departments (Investments, Investor Relations, Accounting, Marketing, Client Reporting, etc.) where necessary to provide support to the Firm’s global investment activities.

Timely review of fund performance including review and reconciliation of 3rd party monthly data
Preparation and/or review of monthly track records and contribution to return analysis
Assist and support the RFP team with compiling and completing data requests as needed
Assist and support the Client Service team with compiling and completing data requests
Assist internal teams with ad-hoc data requests as needed
Identify and implement process changes to increase timely and accurate delivery of performance data
Work with technology teams to develop and improve system functionality and validate enhancements
Develop proper controls to identify, research and resolve any performance data issues
Assist with creating documentation for uninterrupted performance reporting (documentation of unique processes/procedures, etc.)
Experience in investment operations and/or investment performance, ideally in private markets
Ability and desire to work independently as well as part of a team
Problem solving skills and ability to oversee execution of accurate and high-quality finished products
Proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities against key deadlines
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience in reconciling data
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related area required
Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and/or Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) a plus
2+ years in investment operations or finance experience in private equity capacity preferred
Work experience in the private wealth sector a plus

Base Salary Range
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
