Executes and optimizes client performance marketing campaigns, including campaign uploads, pacing, quality assurance, trafficking, reporting, and performance analysis. Supervises junior staff, collaborates with digital performance teams, and manages relationships with vendors and third-party representatives while identifying new platform features and beta opportunities to help meet or exceed client performance targets.

Key responsibilities:
- Focuses on day-to-day execution
- Provides day to day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff
- Liaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
- Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
- Generates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and trafficking
