Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing digital paid campaigns with measurable results
- Proven track record in performance marketing for e-commerce or B2C brands, preferably in the MENA region
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and CRM marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with campaign tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM parameters)
- Familiarity with KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools is a plus but not mandatory
- Manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives through CRM channels (email, WhatsApp, push notifications)
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies to increase efficiency and scale
- Assist in budget management and reporting for all performance marketing activities
