The Role

We are growing our digital marketing community and are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across search, paid social, programmatic, and video performance advertisements to drive traffic and boost sales.

You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team and other departments to ensure aligned and effective performance marketing strategies.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead category marketing lifecycle through planning, budgeting, and execution, completing ongoing performance analysis and implementation of learnings to drive success.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.

  • Propose solutions and make optimization decisions to improve campaign performance.

  • Maximize ROAS though budget and bid management across media platforms.

  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Use data to drive decisions and report on performance impact to total organizational results.

  • Generate a range of reports with key metrics and insights.

  • Communicate performance updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency or retailer.

  • Expertise in optimizing paid media campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and video.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.

  • Familiarity with product feeds and dynamic product ads/media implementation.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.

  • Experience with budget management and ROAS optimization.

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Annualized base pay range

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
