The Role
The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, reviewing and optimisation of Performance Marketing campaigns whilst supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, Analyze, and optimize for measuring campaigns performance and proactively create strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
- To monitor campaigns across various platforms (Google AdWords/ YouTube / Facebook/ IG / X / Tiktok) and can lead the team to optimize.
- Understand business strategy and explore new paid media tactics to align with the strategy.
- Monitor budget, performance, and key metrics closely throughout the month.
- Develop and recommend optimizations.
- Perform data analysis and optimize campaigns based on best practices.
- Provide reports and insights to clients based on campaign performance and improvement points.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years direct experiences in online advertising
- Ability and experience in Facebook Ads & Google AdWords and using all social platforms
- Social media management knowledge would be a plus!
- Facebook ads & Google AdWords certifications would be a plus!
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Logical thinking
- Get-It-Done, result-oriented mindset
- Outstanding communication & negotiation ability
