Main Duties
- Develop, and implement paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc)
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and optimize & adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs and maximize ROI
- Utilize data analytics tool to track KPIs and generate regular performance reports
- Collaborate with the brand team to develop data-driven, best-in-class creative assets that align with marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences on digital
- Identify latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications
- Agility, able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.
- A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach
- A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Adept multitasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
- With a relevant product and industry knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication and a creative thinker.
- Proficient in FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other Digital Ads platform
