In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize the digital performance strategies of major brands while working alongside a talented team of media and performance specialists.
The role reports to the Team Leader and collaborates closely with the wider iProspect and dentsu Greece teams.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across leading digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, experiments, and new platform features to improve results.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and performance expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships alongside the Performance Marketing Team Leader.
- Ensure best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across all digital marketing activities.
- Create insightful performance reports and dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Power BI.
- Minimum 4 years of agency-side experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business results, particularly for e-commerce and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Experience setting, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs based on business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, TikTok Ads, or other social advertising platforms.
- Experience with Programmatic platforms such as DV360, Adform, or similar.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with AdTech and AdOps tools.
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
