Performance Marketing Specialist - India

 Remote, Dubai Company

We are seeking someone highly experienced in Google ads and Meta ads to create, manage and optimise large google campaigns portfolio for our area of Salon operations in UAE, Qatar, and Oman, and various campaigns for our Ecommerce products within G.C.C and internationally to produce the right ROI.

Responsibilities 

1. Create, Manage, and Optimise various types of google campaigns, such as Google Search, Google Display, Video Campaigns, Google Shopping, and other available campaigns.
   

2. Create, Manage, and Optimise various types of Meta Ads
   

3. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
   

4. Understand our business and customer base to better target the right audiences. 
   

5. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer conversion rate
   

6. Prepare and present performance reports regularly
   

Required Role Competencies

1. Good English & Written Communication. 
   

2. Several years of experience in managing paid ads campaigns in Google and Meta with success in achieving good ROI.
   

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions using data analytics
   

4. Detail Oriented
   

5. Ability to connect and track analytics performance from various key points.
   

6. Ability to use advanced features of Google and Meta Ads
   

7. Ability to create landing pages 
   

8. Standard website technical experience
   

9. Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
   

Pay Package:

·       Salary: Great Salary (Get Paid in USD)
