Let’s start with the role

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive paid acquisition growth across all performance channels for online casino brands. The objective is to scale high quality FTDs profitably through PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Native, Display and new paid inventory sources. The role manages full channel ownership end-to end: planning, campaign setup, optimization, attribution tracking, creative testing, cost control and ROI improvement. The Performance Marketing Manager works closely with Head of Acquisition, BI, SEO, Product and CRM teams to align paid traffic with conversion funnels, maximize LTV, and ensure sustainable growth across multiple GEOs.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, Native & Display.
  • Own full paid media strategy, execution, pacing and budget allocation.
  • Create experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, creative testing, audience testing, landing page testing).
  • Drive CPA, ROAS and FTD performance improvement through continuous iteration.
  • Collaborate with BI for accurate tracking, dashboards, attribution clarity & reporting.
  • Identify new media buying opportunities and scalable traffic sources across GEOs.
  • Work closely with Product and Design to improve landing pages and funnel conversion.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulated markets and brand guidelines.
  • Report weekly performance insights, growth opportunities and ROI evaluations.
  • Coordinate with affiliates / acquisition / SEO teams to balance channel contribution and avoid cannibalization.

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience in online casino / sportsbook / iGaming.
  • Proven results in scaling paid traffic that converts to FTDs at profitable CPA.
  • Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic & Native platforms (Taboola/Outbrain).
  • Excellent understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, pixel tracking and postback logic.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data/BI tools for decision-making.
  • Strong creative testing understanding and ability to convert insights into performance uplift.
  • Experience running paid campaigns in multiple GEOs.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, BI, CRM & Acquisition.
  • Fluent English; additional languages advantage.
