Your Adventure Ahead
- Manage and own the performance of all online marketing channels including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and network campaigns.
- Partner closely with local marketing teams to deliver localized strategy: campaign and media planning, and creative development.
- Analyze online paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights for optimization purposes.
- Responsible for budget planning and execution, aimed at maximizing marketing effectiveness.
- Growth hacking through constant testing to discover new marketing opportunities.
Essentials to Succeed
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in online paid media for digital app and web products in the e-commerce / digital marketplace space.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience.
- Proficient in managing campaigns across the following advertising platforms - Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and network campaigns.
- Proficient in marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Branch.io / Appsflyer.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to interpret and act on data insights.
- Growth hacking mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategy to discover key business opportunities.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management are able to work across multiple markets and cultures, collaborate easily with others, and adapt agilely.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, owning the problem and developing the solution.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
