The Role

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

The SEA & DVApps Team are seeking an analytical and process-driven Marketing Manager with experience in performance channels (e.g., Google Search, Meta advertising, Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns) to join our team. Do you have experience in data analytics and performance marketing? Are you passionate about campaign management? Then this is the role for you!
This role is crucial for ensuring our campaigns are optimized to meet and exceed our performance objectives.

This role is Berlin based and relocation is necessary.

WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED…

  • The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for Campaign Management and Maintenance

  • You will set up, prepare, and launch tests, managing and optimizing campaigns, assets, and ads.

  • You contribute to and adjust budgets and strategies based on performance data to maximize efficiency.

  • You will coordinate with creative teams and our ad partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and manage the production of sales and brand creatives, coordinating with the production team to meet deliverables.

  • You will work closely with our ad partners to coordinate projects and manage campaign updates effectively.

  • You work on cross-team projects to improve the efficiency and delivery of marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with our design, analytics, product, and engineering teams.


 

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Campaign Management: You have in-depth knowledge of performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads or Meta advertising, their best practices, and ad formats availability. Also, you are proficient in setting up and managing campaigns, including budget adjustments and ad creation 

  • You have experience with App campaigns (Google Ads or Apple Search Ads).

  • You’re familiar with campaign management tools (e.g., Smartly, SearchAds.com), automation of campaign optimization, and A/B and multivariate experiments.

  • Performance Tracking: You have a strong understanding of key metrics/KPIs to track and measure campaign performance. 

  • Advanced Excel skills for conducting performance analyses, managing creative feeds, and production planning.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, visualize, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.

  • Deep understanding of the mobile tracking and measurement ecosystem, including MMPs, SkAd network, events' setup, SDK, and pixel tracking.

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with multiple stakeholders or within an agency environment.

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
