🌟 About the role
We’re seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to drive growth and lead our team of PPC specialists. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll own paid acquisition channels across 11+ countries, including paid search, social, affiliates, display, and video.
In this role, you’ll develop strategies, execute multi-language campaigns, and analyze performance to maximize revenue growth and maintain a competitive edge. Your expertise in technical execution and people management will fuel large-scale, global PPC/SEM initiatives that deliver high-volume growth and exceptional performance across the entire funnel.
As a leader, you’ll mentor and empower a high-performing PPC team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Through clear goal-setting, coaching, and continuous feedback, you’ll create a culture of ownership, ensuring the team is motivated and equipped to deliver top-tier campaign execution that contributes significantly to Lodgify’s success.

⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with business objectives, such as revenue growth and brand awareness. Create scalable long-term plans that anticipate evolving market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics, ensuring the paid media program remains innovative and effective.
- Performance Management: Take ownership of high-volume performance growth by setting clear goals, allocating budgets strategically, and driving creative strategy. Oversee the management, optimization, and analysis of global performance campaigns across key paid channels, including Google Ads, Google Display, Bing, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent delivery of results.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists, providing them with the direction, tools, and support needed to excel. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages personal and professional growth, empowering the team to achieve exceptional outcomes and align with organizational priorities.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Implement and oversee advanced testing frameworks to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Use key performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROA, and CLTV to inform strategy, optimize campaign performance, and maximize ROI.
- Automation & Technical Innovation: Design and implement technical frameworks for automating campaign workflows and bid management processes. Establish systems and rules to enhance efficiency and scalability while ensuring optimal campaign performance.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation: Proactively identify new markets, opportunities, and strategies to expand customer reach and drive business growth. Explore and leverage emerging marketing channels to diversify acquisition efforts and scale paid media performance.
- Cross-Channel Attribution & Insights: Utilize advanced cross-channel attribution models to integrate and analyze performance data from multiple marketing channels. Apply these insights to refine testing strategies, improve campaign outcomes, and inform long-term planning.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- Minimum 6 years experience managing PPC campaigns across Google ads, Bing ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube and other paid channels
- Proven experience working in a SaaS company
- Team management experience of 5+ members
- Experience in cross-channel attribution, CRM and business intelligence tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio and Google analytics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.

- Experience with software like automated bidding and scripts will be preferred.
- Fluency in any other European language is a plus (i.e. Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese or German).
