ABOUT THE JOB

Gunzilla Games is looking to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team for our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Extraction Battle Royale shooter, currently available as Early Access on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S, and PC.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth for OTG. You’ll work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to develop and execute strategies that attract and retain high-quality players and drive revenue for the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize player acquisition efforts.
  • Develop detailed creative briefs and collaborate closely with the Marketing Art team to enhance campaign creatives and generate new artwork.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities to capitalize on.
  • Contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO) and assist in refining strategies for measuring true Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience in a performance marketing role, ideally within a gaming studio environment.
  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical abilities and an aptitude for interpreting and acting on data insights.
  • Experience with keyword research, data mining, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms and trends in digital advertising, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and other applicable analytical techniques.
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • A passion for gaming is essential.
