We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join us in scaling Traumhausverlosung through high-impact digital campaigns. You’ll drive performance across core digital channels and manage budgets to deliver against ambitious business goals. With a strong focus on testing, performance optimization, and channel innovation, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth and bringing new customers into our ecosystem.

• Take ownership of media buying, managing and optimising performance marketing channels (including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Native Display) and overseeing budgets to meet targeted KPIs

• Define strategic KPIs that align with overarching business goals

• Support the setup and implementation of a comprehensive tracking and reporting infrastructure

• Continuously plan, manage, and optimize campaigns to maximize performance

• Coordinate collaboration with external agencies and partners to introduce fresh ideas and maximize campaign effectiveness

• Diversify the media mix by testing and exploring new performance channels to drive sustainable customer growth

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for advancing performance marketing efforts

• Ideally 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Native Display)

• Strong analytical skills with a KPI-driven approach and goal oriented mindset

• Solid knowledge of KPI analysis, budget management, and data-driven optimization

• Proficient with tracking and reporting tools

• Experience managing agency partnerships

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment

• Experience using video content for performance marketing

• Familiarity with developing performance assets in collaboration with creative teams

• Experience with additional channels/platforms such as Affiliates, TikTok, Pinterest, and Email is a plus

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
