What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
- Owns our paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta from planning through optimization
- Builds a predictable inbound pipeline that delivers qualified opportunities to Sales every month
- Develops SEO, AEO, and AI search strategies that help Staff Domain win high-intent traffic before competitors do
- Creates, tests, and optimizes landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels that turn visitors into meetings
- Uses data to improve campaign performance, lower acquisition costs, and maximize marketing ROI
- Leads creative direction by partnering closely with our content writer and design support team
- Builds clear attribution and reporting so every marketing dollar is tied back to business outcomes
- Works closely with Sales to define qualified leads and continuously improve lead quality and conversion

Requirements
What You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads with direct budget ownership
- A track record of generating qualified B2B pipeline and measuring success through commercial outcomes
- Strong experience in SEO, keyword strategy, and a curiosity for how AI search and answer engines are changing discovery
- Hands-on experience optimizing landing pages, conversion funnels, and campaign performance
- Experience marketing to Australian and/or US markets
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to make fast, informed decisions
- The ability to lead creative direction by working effectively with writers and designers
- Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to collaborate closely with Sales and leadership
- A commercial mindset that prioritizes pipeline, customer acquisition cost, and revenue over vanity metrics
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in B2B services, recruitment, staffing, or professional services
- Exposure to CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Experience with lifecycle or email marketing
