This is an operator role. This position runs the accounts and makes the daily decisions rather than managing an agency.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns.
- Manage campaign structure, keywords, audiences, product groups, bidding, exclusions, and budgets.
- Allocate and pace investment across demand capture, awareness, retargeting, and conversion, guided by product performance, inventory, margin, and business priorities.
- Own Merchant Center health and partner with Site and Technology on feeds, tagging, tracking, and audience signals.
- Translate channel needs into clear creative, copy, and landing-page requirements.
- Monitor performance daily to improve CAC, ROAS, conversion, new-customer growth and contribution, and share concise weekly reporting with actions and next priorities.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing, Site, Creative, Analytics, and Finance teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in e-Commerce, retail or a consumer business
- Strong working knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and Merchant Center
- Experience personally managing meaningful budgets and making day-to-day optimization decisions
- Comfort with conversion tracking, product feeds, customer acquisition economics and performance reporting
- Clear commercial judgment, strong attention to detail and an accountable, low-ego working style
- Experience at Google or within a strong Google-focused team is a plus

- Ability to be on-site in our HQ Office 3 days per week

- Successful transition of core work from the current agency to an in-house model.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
