Translates product features into clear benefits, maintains brand voice, adapts approved campaign messaging across channels, manages feedback and multiple assignments, and collaborates with Marketing, Site, Product, and Creative teams to deliver accurate copy on schedule.

Build, manage, and optimize Google and YouTube campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube. Own campaign structure, bidding, budgets, Merchant Center health, tracking, feeds, audience signals, and performance reporting. Improve customer acquisition, CAC, ROAS, sales, and profitability while transitioning paid media operations from an agency to an in-house model. Partner with Performance Marketing, Site, Creative, Analytics, and Finance teams.

Perform cross-functional analytics and reporting across sales, marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, site, retail, and channel performance. Build and maintain dashboards, validate data, support experimentation and campaign measurement, develop datasets and models with SQL and dbt in a cloud warehouse, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
