About the role:
As Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on Belgium (m/f/d) in our New Customer Acquisition Team, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and optimisation of our Google Shopping and Search campaigns. With your affinity for numbers, you always have an eye on the campaign KPIs and identify optimisation levers to successfully complete the campaigns. In doing so, you focus in particular on new customers in Belgium. Come and grow with us!
The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week).
This role is initially limited to a one-year contract. While we currently cannot guarantee a permanent position afterwards, we are growing rapidly and would be very happy if a long-term collaboration works out.
Job DescriptionAbout your tasks:
- You are responsible for the independent planning as well as the operative implementation and control of SEA concepts, especially for the Belgian market
- You strategically develop the paid search advertising channel
- You manage and are responsible for extensive advertising budgets
- You optimise the search & shopping campaign portfolio
- You analyse and interpret key figures to identify further potentials
- You create the annual budget plan with all relevant KPIs
About you:
- You are already active in SEA/ Performance Marketing
- You have experience in keyword advertising and feed optimisation, and ideally already have some experience with tools such as ProductsUp
- You have a technical affinity and a strong analytical mindset for evaluating performance data, and you are familiar with Excel
- You speak fluent Dutch and good English
- You can work remotely for the most part if you like, but are able and willing to meet with your team in Cologne once a month
