Job Description
Join our Activate Tribe as a Performance Marketing Executive, where you'll play a key role in attracting new customers to Gousto through engaging and effective digital campaigns.
Reporting to the Senior Paid Social Manager, you’ll collaborate with a passionate and ambitious team that are experts in customer acquisition.
This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills across various marketing channels, with a focus on Paid Social (Meta and TikTok), while also supporting campaigns on Paid Search, Display, YouTube and Affiliates. If you're curious about the world of performance marketing and excited to make a real impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, this role is for you.
This role is on a hybrid pattern out of our Shepherd's Bush office, 1 or 2 days a week.
Core Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta and TikTok for the UK and the Republic of Ireland
- Deliver A/B tests on Paid Social platforms and evaluate results with post-test analysis
- Lead the creative briefing process and contribute fresh ideas for social media campaigns
- Manage performance tasks, including discount codes, reporting, and landing pages
- Support the wider Acquisition team with cross-channel campaign execution
- Analyse channel performance and identify insights to guide campaign improvements
- Use data to drive strategic decisions and optimise marketing impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Activate Tribe to deliver campaign goals
- Contribute to an inclusive, test-and-learn culture that thrives on experimentation and curiosity
Who You Are
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic about performance marketing and its role in subscription-based growth
- Confident using data and metrics to evaluate success and identify improvements
- Skilled communicator who enjoys working with people across teams
- Experienced in setting up and managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta and TikTok)
- Open to supporting different marketing projects as needed
- Naturally curious and proactive in learning new tools and techniques
- Organised and able to prioritise effectively across multiple responsibilities
- Motivated by a collaborative and high-growth work culture
