Responsibilities:

Strategic Innovation

  • Build and execute forward-thinking, AI-first digital marketing strategies that scale.

  • Utilize machine learning (e.g., lookalike modeling, AI-driven LTV scoring) to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Integrate tools like ChatGPT, Veo 3, Video Poet, Google Vids, Jasper, Writer, Copy.ai, INK for All, Adobe Firefly etc for AI driven ideation and content development.
  • Stay ahead of MarTech trends including conversational AI, synthetic media, and generative SEO.

Creative & Content Leadership

  • Lead creation of high-impact, conversion-optimized content across email, web, social, and paid media.
  • Champion the use of AI for adaptive creative (dynamic ads, smart content sequencing, etc.).
  • Manage A/B and multivariate testing using AI-enhanced platforms to personalize content and optimize UX.

Full-Funnel Growth Execution

  • Design and lead cross-channel campaigns from awareness to advocacy.
  • Use AI tools like HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, and Google Performance Max to automate, predict, and personalize at scale.
  • Align funnel strategy with sales and product to accelerate pipeline velocity and revenue.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor real-time data to iterate and optimize — using AI-powered dashboards and tools like Tableau, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Supermetrics.
  • Translate KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, CAC) into business insights that drive decisions.
  • Deploy marketing mix modeling and predictive ROI to future-proof strategy

Team & Culture Building

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team spanning SEM, email, social, paid media, and AI ops.
  • Foster a data-driven, experimentation-focused, and AI-curious culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, data, and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing leadership, with direct experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
  • Proven ability to run high-performing, multi-channel digital campaigns that convert.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with all leading AI tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution models, and MarTech stacks.
  • Strong creative instincts and strategic mindset — equally comfortable ideating and analyzing.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s or certifications in AI/digital marketing a plus).
  • A curious, agile, and solutions-oriented mindset — ready to experiment and lead through change.
