Overview
OptiFreight® Logistics, a leader in healthcare logistics optimization, is seeking a strategic, data-driven Performance Marketing Consultant to drive awareness, lifecycle growth, pipeline, and revenue growth across our logistics portfolio.
This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated digital acquisition and lifecycle strategies, with a primary focus on paid media execution, lead conversion, campaign performance and optimization across all channels. The ideal candidate combines expertise in paid media, demand generation, marketing automation, and performance analytics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness across the buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop, execute and continuously refine digital acquisition programs aligned to business objectives, target audiences, and go-to-market priorities.
Own paid media execution, and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, display advertising, retargeting platforms, and emerging digital channels.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize investments against key performance indicators including lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
Build audience segments, keyword strategies, targeting frameworks, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Support landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement initiatives to increase campaign effectiveness.
Marketing Automation & Nurture Programs
Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) to support lead nurturing, audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Execute email campaigns and nurture programs that support engagement and progression through the buyer journey.
Maintain campaign tracking, segmentation, scoring, and reporting processes that facilitate marketing effectiveness and lead management.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure alignment across lead capture, lead routing, and nurture programs.
Measurement & Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics across all digital channels using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other applicable platforms.
Conduct ongoing testing across targeting strategies, ad creative, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations that improve funnel efficiency and revenue outcomes.
Collaboration & Project Management
Partner with the Enterprise Brand team to develop compelling digital assets, including email templates, display ads, landing pages, and paid media creative.
Collaborate with Product & Solutions Marketing and Sales to align messaging, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
Manage relationships with agency partners and digital vendors as needed.
Ensure all digital programs adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or related disciplines, preferably in B2B or SaaS/technology preferred
Strong hands-on experience managing paid media programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
Experience leveraging marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, lifecycle strategies, and digital analytics.
Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.
