We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Consultant to deliver strategic improvements toWebflow’s paid acquisition engine by increasing the scale of acquisition through multiple paid channels while increasing efficiency and spend. This role is structured as a short-term, temporary and project based independent contractor engagement, not as an employment relationship. At Webflow, we value design excellence and craftsmanship and as an independent contractor, you will be instrumental in advancing our high standards across various touchpoints.
Project description & scope of work- Location: Remote (United States & Canada)
- Engagement type: Independent contractor
- Project duration: Six months
This engagement is project-based and requires an experienced expert who can manage advertising spend efficiently while maximizing return on investment.
Key Project Deliverables:
The following are representative examples of the types of deliverables expected under this engagement. Specific deliverables, milestones and timelines will be mutually agreed upon in the Statement of Work.
- Support campaign setup, daily management and budget pacing to ensure efficient spend and strong performance
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across key channels including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and other digital platforms
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights and actionable recommendations
- Assist in building and maintaining campaign reporting dashboards in tools such as Google sheets, Tableau or similar
- Collaborate with the growth team to execute A/B tests and channel experiments that improve conversion and ROI.
- Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad assets for improved engagement and click-through rates
Qualifications:
The ideal Performance Marketing Manager should demonstrate:
- 5+ years performance marketing experience, deep hands-on expertise in paid social, preferably high growth B2B or SaaS.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, extract insights and refine campaign strategies
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and funnel performance metrics
- Knowledge of attribution models and analytical tools such as Tableau, Amplitude and Segment
- Practical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Python.
Please note:
As this is an independent contractor engagement, no employment relationship is created and no employee benefits are provided. The consultant will be responsible for their own business expenses, taxes and insurance. This contract position is project-specific for a term of six months (expected to finalize this project within this timeframe), with the consultant's expertise focused on achieving the outlined marketing objectives for Webflow. The consultant will determine the manner and means of completing the deliverables, subject to meeting agreed-upon milestones and project deadlines.
