About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage and scale performance marketing efforts across platforms like Meta and Google. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with execution, understands performance metrics, and is ready to take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
● Monitor and manage performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and report these regularly.
● Develop and test new audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
● Conduct A/B testing across ad formats and customer journeys to continuously improve performance.
● Stay current on platform updates and algorithm changes.
What We’re Looking For
● 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven expertise in Meta and Google ads.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and paid media KPIs.
● Proficient in tools like Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
● Data-driven and analytical thinker.
