Your Day-to-Day
- Build, manage, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor.
- Ensure the website delivers an excellent user experience, is mobile-responsive, and performs optimally.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies, including: Keyword research and content optimization, On-page SEO optimization, Technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, etc.), Internal linking and website structure optimization.
- Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads), including keyword planning, campaign optimization, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure the website remains secure, functional, and up to date.
- Stay current with Google's algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.
- Work closely with the growth & content team to ensure all website content is optimized for search engines and aligned with business goals.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in website management, SEO, SEM, or a related digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining WordPress websites using Elementor.
- Strong understanding of: On-page SEO, Technical SEO Keyword research and content optimization, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Experience managing Google Ads (SEM) campaigns.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website performance optimization is an advantage.
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to continuously learn about SEO, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Would be nice if : experienced in handling international SEO, especially for multiple countries or multilingual websites.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
