Performance Marketing Analyst

Team Description

We're a Digital Acquisition team that drives SumUp Brazil’s entire online marketing strategy. From paid media to website optimization and experimentation. Our mission is to drive growth by connecting with entrepreneurs throughout their digital journey.

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition for Card Readers and Tap to Pay, ensuring that paid media campaigns, funnel optimization and experimentation directly translate into growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with A/B testing and close collaboration with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations and Creative teams to turn business goals into acquisition strategies.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across key channels to drive qualified conversions and awareness with clear performance targets.
• Analyze funnel and campaign performance, identify gaps, propose strategies, and implement corrective actions.
• Run A/B tests and other experiments to validate acquisition hypotheses and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor marketing KPIs end-to-end and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, BI, and Creative teams to align initiatives, share learnings, and scale best practices.
• Manage performance budgets strategically, ensuring efficient spend and incremental growth.

• You have experience in online marketing or growth, with a focus on paid media and digital acquisition.
• You have strong knowledge of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and funnel optimisation.
• You can analyse and interpret data, extracting actionable insights to improve acquisition flows.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and take ownership of results.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of data extraction (SQL) and visualisation (Tableau).
• Familiarity with landing page optimisation and UX best practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency within online marketing.
