As we embark on our growth journey, we're seeking a dedicated full-time Performance marketeer to join our dynamic team.
Tasks
You are responsible for the paid and inbound engine that turns spend and signals into qualified pipeline.
* Work together with the freelancers to manage paid channels end to end: plan, build and optimize our LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns, from tracking and structure to targeting, bidding and creative, with a clear focus on lead quality and conversion rather than vanity clicks.
* Drive account based marketing: build the target account lists, then orchestrate ABM campaigns that reach the right buying committees with the right message at the right moment.
* Put buyer intent data to work: turn intent signals into action, spotting in market accounts before they raise their hand and feeding them into our paid and outbound motions.
* Power smart outbound: use Clay to enrich and build clean target lists, and run sequences that actually land, working hand in hand with sales and SDRs.
* Report with context, not exports: reporting is not the same as exporting, so you bring the numbers to life with insight, clear recommendations and a point of view on where we double down next.
Requirements
* You are in love with the product: you have a deep passion for partnerships, marketing and technology, and you are eager to promote innovative solutions.
* You are in love with the narrative: you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to achieve results.
* You are a builder: you take ownership, you move fast and you like building things from scratch.
* Performance experience: you have 2+ years in performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
* Channel optimization: you know the tricks in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, and you know which bidding strategy to use and why, while always looking to discover new channels and opportunities.
* Tech stack: you are comfortable across the tools that matter, from the relevant Google products for ads like GTM, GA4 and Looker Studio to HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Clay, Lemlist and more.
* You decide on insights: you do not just click around in the interface, you make decisions based on data and you take full ownership of your campaigns.

Skills Required
- 2+ years in performance marketing with focus on B2B lead generation
- Experience planning, building, and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads bidding/targeting strategies
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Looker Studio for tracking and reporting
- Experience with HubSpot for marketing and lead management
- Experience using Clay for enrichment and Lemlist for outbound sequences
- Proven experience executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and building target account lists
