Performance Manager Europe - Developed Markets at a glance...
You will join the Global performance Team as well as the People & Performance teams of the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) Zone. You will work with the Associate Director Performance - International and partner closely with the Manager for performance in Pacific markets to cascade strategic objectives via the MBO program and/or other frameworks to select EPDM leaders, and their teams. You'll be the main Performance partner for European Country Leadership Teams (such as UK&I, Italy, Iberia, France...), as well as for functional leadership teams (Finance, Procurement, Operations, P&P, Growth, Legal as appropriate), with a special focus on driving performance and culture across the company. You will coordinate the process to set the right goals, manage performance processes and connect performance to both Zone performance and Employees Talent Development cycles. You will also supervise the day to day tasks of the Europe Performance Specialist.
What's on the menu?
Be the Performance partner and main point of contact for Benelux, CNE, SWE, Italy, UK&I and selected functional leadership teams in EPDM, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Lead the implementation of performance management practices, including the cascade of relevant effective KPIs from company-wide to local organization and the calibration processes to ensure fair, evidence-based evaluation and developments.
- Responsible for all goal-setting processes: cascade, dashboard checks, MBO updates, KPI definitions, MBO committee management, OKRs as relevant...
- Coach leaders and teams to optimize their use of performance frameworks and processes, working with the wider Global Performance team.
- Bridge global, zone, and country functions to ensure alignment of objectives, KPIs, and performance processes.
- Drive optimal use of our performance tools and processes, by providing training and support to leaders in your scope.
- Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement, supporting the transformation to an impactful performance culture.
- Directly manage Performance Analyst, ensuring Analyst coaching and development, and consistent execution of areas of responsibility assigned.

- Experience with performance management systems, tools, and frameworks, OKRs, MBOs, goal-setting, performance reviews, calibrations, development conversations, ideally in multi-country or developed market settings.
- Experience in performance calibration/performance management, including designing or facilitating calibration sessions, driving adoption of new evaluation methods, identifying KPIs and effective KPI management from company-aide to local organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed, dynamic environment.
- Business acumen and adaptability to thrive in fast-changing, complex markets.
- Diligence and attention to detail to uphold controls and standards in a high-stakes, audited environment.
- Growth mindset and proactive approach to challenge the status quo and lead change.
- Interest in being an effective People Manager
