We are hiring a Performance Management SME to develop, lead, and enhance our client's organizational performance initiatives. In this role, you will assess and refine our client's existing strategies, implementing innovative approaches to optimize operations and drive improved results. 


Your Impactful Duties:

• Developing a performance management framework for NGA. 

• Create, identify, and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward strategic objectives for efficiency and quality.  

• Assists client(s) in preparing business plans and performance objectives aligned with the strategic plan and with clear performance measures and benchmarks.  

• Conducting regular performance reviews with individuals and teams to provide feedback and identify development needs. 

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 

• Creating and maintaining performance dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress. 

• Designing and implementing performance improvement projects across various departments to address identified gaps. 

• Communicating performance data to client(s), including leadership teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. 

• Facilitating change management processes to implement new performance management strategies. 

• Oversee, implement, and manage assigned special projects. 

• Performs related duties as assigned.  


Required Skills:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to obtain a CI polygraph 

• Developing and maintaining engaging KPIs. 

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of work experience with at least five (5) years in the following areas: 

• Analytical review techniques or performance management implementation;

• Project management skills to execute performance improvement initiatives; 

• Strategic planning processes or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to diverse audiences  

• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the organization

• Providing recommendations and drafting solutions for technology challenges to assist office and agency leadership in engaging with foreign partners 

• Utilizing Agile methodologies 

• Proficient in utilizing the SMART approach—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.


Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), including their offices and programs 

• Experience in developing, utilizing, or assessing enterprise architectures based on standard methodologies, such as the DoD Architecture Framework, Federal Enterprise Architecture, or Zachman models 

• Review and verification of funding and program requirements 

• Development and management of financial and logistics plans
