  • Partner with Learning & Development to address capability gaps identified through data and leader feedback.
  • Promote practices that support a high-performance culture.
  • Facilitate discussions that improve consistency and quality in performance decisions.

Technology & Process Enablement

  • Partner with HR Technology, the Talent Product Owner, and the Performance Management COE to support adoption of Workday-enabled processes.
  • Provide business feedback on system usability, reporting, workflows, data quality, and manager experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve adoption and effectiveness through technology or process enhancements.
  • Support testing, rollout, and change adoption related to performance management updates.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Succession Management, HR Technology, and business leaders.
  • Coordinate with Succession Management Business Partners so calibration and talent-review conversations are connected rather than duplicated.
  • Escalate enterprise performance opportunities and challenges to the Senior Manager, Performance Management.
  • Represent business needs in performance process improvement discussions.

Qualifications:
