  • Qualified candidates must be credentialed and licensed (as required) health care professional preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred. Knowledge of hospice operations and performance improvement concepts preferable.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
