- Concept, design, and produce static and video creatives for performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Edit short-form videos optimized for performance, leveraging platform-native styles, hooks, and storytelling best practices.
- Develop content variations for A/B tests, optimizing messaging, structure, visuals, and pacing based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to align creative assets with campaign strategy, audiences, and goals.
- Translate data and performance insights into actionable creative improvements and new concepts.
- Build a pipeline of fresh, high-performing content that allows continuous testing and creative iteration.
- Partner with external creators/influencers when needed, guiding them on creative direction and performance best practices.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand adherence while adapting to platform-native creative styles.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, creative formats, competitive benchmarks, and emerging storytelling techniques.
- 2+ years of experience creating content for paid media, growth marketing, and/or performance advertising (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating static design and short-form video editing skills.
- Hands-on expertise with design and video editing tools -Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Figma, or similar tools-
- Deep understanding of what drives performance on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other advertising platforms.
- Ability to turn briefs, insights, and test results into compelling creative concepts.
- Experience creating native-style content tailored to each platform’s best practices and audience behavior.
- Strong attention to detail, a fast execution pace, and comfort iterating quickly based on results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with paid media managers, marketers, and creative teams.
- Advanced English level.

- Experience working with influencer-generated content or directing UGC creators.
- Motion graphics skills or advanced video editing capabilities.
- Experience in fintech, remittances, or US Hispanic audiences.
- Experience running your own content channels (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
