As a Maintenance Performance Engineer, you will :
- Participate in the permanent supervision of the Skypod systems deployed by Exotec
- Search for the best technical solution and diagnose with your contact person in complete autonomy
- Ensure ongoing reporting of bugs encountered and solutions found
- Supervise the reliability of customer sites (analyze and explain underperformance) and monitor system updates
- Carry out regular reviews of maintenance levels with the customer
- Support the contract engineer in the technical studies requested by the customer
- Participate in the main stages of the project's test plans
- Help to improve system reliability through your actions
- You have an engineering degree, ideally specializing in IT, robotics, or industrial automation.
- You will have at least 5 years' experience in customer technical support for applications, software, and/or hardware.
- You are comfortable working in software-oriented environments, analyzing and solving problems
- You also have general knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and automation
- You are autonomous, rigorous and have excellent interpersonal skills
