· Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
· Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
· Experience in performance test design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
· Hand-on experience in Load Runner
· Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
· Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Tivoli, Sitescope etc
· Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance
· Defining performance testing and monitoring strategies / plans
