Your role in the Team’s Success

Analyse and monitor key business performance metrics to drive commercial decision-making and optimise business operations across IG's UK business.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that can make significant commercial impact and be the go-to person for all things data and performance.

What you’ll do

• Track and analyse key business drivers and performance metrics at frequent cadences
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor critical business KPIs
• Identify opportunities to optimise commercial levers within the UK business
• Analyse trends in customer behavior, revenue streams, and operational efficiency
• Provide insights on factors influencing business performance
• Collaborate with product, finance, and leadership teams to establish meaningful metrics
• Generate regular reports and presentations on business performance for stakeholders
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes

What you’ll need for this role

• Experience in business intelligence or commercial performance analysis
• Strong understanding of business metrics and commercial drivers
• Ability to identify and track the most impactful performance indicators
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau or Looker)
• Knowledge of financial services metrics and performance frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights
• Excellent problem solving skills
