ABOUT THE POSITION
Performance Creative Strategist at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your role: as Performance Creative Strategist you'll be the catalyst behind these campaigns, focusing on the development and execution of strategic creative concepts for ads across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will harmonize data-driven insights with innovative storytelling to craft campaigns that not only resonate but captivate our target audience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop compelling ad narratives and visuals tailored to platform-specific audiences
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align campaigns with objectives and audience insights
- Analyze trends and audience behaviours on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest to inform creative strategy
- Present creative strategies confidently to internal teams, ensuring alignment with the brand voice
- Use platform analytics to turn data insights into actionable creative decisions
- Work with content creators and designers to ensure ad assets reflect the strategic vision
- Participate in ad shoots, leading the creative vision to ensure the final product aligns with strategic goals
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on data
- Stay updated on advertising trends, especially on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Lead brainstorming sessions and encourage innovative ad ideas
- Continuously propose fresh, impactful ad concepts that push creative boundaries
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Have at least 1 year of experience in creative strategy/performance creative role
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a creative role
- Have proven experience crafting ad campaigns for e-commerce brands on Meta or other major ad platforms
- Have a deep understanding of the digital ad landscape, with an emphasis on the nuances and opportunities unique to each platform
- Have the ability to juggle multiple ad campaigns simultaneously, without compromising on creativity or attention to detail
- Have knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development
- Follow current social media, fashion, lifestyle and advertising trends
- Have a burning passion for learning new things
- Have excellent English skills
- Bonus: Previous experience being involved in video ad shoots, contributing to the creative process
- Bonus: Experience working in an e-commerce brand or at an agency serving e-commerce clients
