About the Role
The Performance Associate Director leads cross-channel performance strategies and oversees the execution, optimization, and measurement of campaigns that drive business results. The role provides strategic direction, manages day-to-day performance operations, and supports team development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead performance strategy across paid social, search, programmatic, and other channels.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Analyze performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting, messaging, and measurement.
Guide and mentor performance specialists to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong understanding of major performance platforms and optimization principles.
Proven experience delivering performance outcomes and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
