Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Associate Director for E-Commerce to lead performance-driven accounts and deliver measurable growth across large-scale retail and e-commerce clients. This role requires a strong background in performance marketing, digital commerce, and retail marketing, ideally within the GCC region. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Director and senior leadership to design and execute strategies that meet ambitious revenue and ROI targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end e-commerce marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and shopping
- Partner with clients to translate their commercial goals into actionable digital strategies.
- Own campaign performance with a laser focus on revenue delivery, sales KPIs, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide strategic recommendations on media mix, targeting, and optimization tactics.
- Supervise a team of managers and executives, ensuring high-quality delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage senior-level client communications.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, insights reports, and forecasting for key accounts.
- Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, ad tech, and consumer behavior within GCC markets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience in performance and e-commerce marketing, ideally within GCC markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail and digital commerce business models.
- Strong command of Google, Meta, and performance-driven platforms.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-led decision making.
- Proven track record of hitting revenue KPIs across multiple accounts.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire a growing team.
