We are seeking a motivated and data-savvy Performance and Reward Analyst to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our compensation structures, policies, and processes align with business objectives and market competitiveness. You’ll support Australia-based business units by interpreting labour market trends, benchmarking internal practices, and providing data-driven remuneration recommendations.
This position requires a balance of analytical expertise, structured thinking, enthusiasm, and teamwork, with a focus on compensation. You'll also play a key role in streamlining and simplifying processes, ensuring timely delivery of key outcomes, and contributing to a collaborative team culture. To be a success in this role your experience and skills will include:
Compensation Analysis and Recommendations:

Source and interpret market analysis and benchmark data.

Provide remuneration recommendations to ensure market competitiveness.

Input to salary surveys and assist in updating salary ranges.
Data Insights and Reporting:

Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on labour trends.

Provide insights into labour costs and people data to support decision-making.
Reward Projects:

Support key projects with strong data analysis and market research skills.

Conduct job evaluations using Mercer IPE tools.

Manage and implement job evaluation databases and processes.
Operational Delivery:

Manage annual remuneration cycle processes, including HRIS and data management.

Develop expertise in HR systems, ensuring integration and process improvements.
Benefits Management:

Oversee Australian benefits such as Novated leasing and Superannuation.
Policy and Process Development:

Review and document policy guidelines, FAQs, and learning content.
Key Attributes and Skills:

Analytical Expertise: Strong data analysis skills with a logical and mathematical mindset.

Compensation Focus: Background in Reward, particularly in compensation rather than benefits.

Team Player: Enthusiastic and energetic, with a collaborative and adaptable attitude.

Attention to Detail: Ability to simplify, streamline, and close out tasks effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting.

Organizational Awareness: Willingness to learn the business structure and establish strong working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in data analytics, HR, or a related field (science/math background advantageous).

Experience with compensation frameworks, salary surveys, and market benchmarking.

Familiarity with Mercer IPE tools and job evaluation processes.
