Key Responsibilities
·         Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle for annual fund board presentations across ~170 products, including planning, data validation, content collection, version control, editorial review, quality checks, and final signoffs.

·         Execute extensive work in PowerPoint, Excel, and content‑management systems.

·         Oversee reporting governance, including timeline development, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk escalation, and coordination across reporting cycles.

·         Maintain audit‑ready documentation, update process workflows, and drive continuous improvement across board reporting processes.

·         Manage and update all report‑related brand elements—URLs, logos, QR codes, and other branded assets—to ensure consistency with enterprise standards.

·         Participate in key oversight forums, including weekly/bi‑weekly Board Prep meetings, ensuring alignment on agenda changes and legal updates.
Required Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, data management, or a related field.

·         3–5 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, reporting, or similar operational roles.

·         Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Confidence and professionalism when engaging with senior stakeholders.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting needs.

·         Strong attention to detail and familiarity with applying brand standards.
Preferred Qualifications
·         Experience with content‑management platforms, shareholder‑reporting systems, performance analytics systems, or compliance‑workflow tools.
