Drive AI-driven transformation at Novartis. As a Performance Analytics & GenAI Manager, you will turn data and generative AI into real business impact—bridging strategy and execution to improve decision-making, accelerate adoption, and boost productivity across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of local AI and generative AI roadmap, from requirements to adoption and scaling
- Translate business needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions with reusable components and standardized approaches
- Partner with business and technical teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases
- Coordinate training and enablement activities to drive adoption of analytics and AI solutions across stakeholders
- Track use case performance and measure business impact, including efficiency gains and improved decision-making
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and Responsible AI standards across all initiatives
- Support planning, execution, and documentation of analytics and generative AI initiatives at local level
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience delivering analytics, machine learning, or generative artificial intelligence solutions in business environments
- Experience managing end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including development, deployment, and monitoring
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence governance, including model documentation and responsible use principles
- Experience automating processes using data and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence tools, prompt design, or model operations
