Performance Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (onsite)
We’re looking for a Performance Analyst to join our team. This role supports operational efficiency by analyzing driver performance data, identifying trends, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Build, maintain, and distribute performance reports
- Analyze daily driver performance and identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot/report inconsistencies
- Partner with Operations Managers to share insights and recommend improvements
- Support process and productivity enhancements
- Assist with presentations, reporting, and special projects
What you’ll bring:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Requirements:
- Must live within 60 miles of Houston, TX and be able to work in-office
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
Preferred:
- Experience in transportation or logistics (fuel industry a plus)
- Familiarity with Samsara or similar fleet management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
