Role : Perfect Digital Activations Lead
Level : T1
Job Purpose/Overview
The Perfect Digital Activation Specialist plays a critical role in maximizing the sales performance of Mars through implementation of Digital campaigns, Category and Performance Marketing in the D-commerce channel (Marketplace, Quick Commerce & ESPT)
Job Responsibilities
• The expert and owner of Perfect Digital Activations key beliefs D-Commerce, leveraging Mars Global Perfect Digital Activations signature program and external benchmarks.
• Educate and onboard internal and external stakeholders on the importance of PDA and drive collaboration for speedy implementation and application of PDA.
• Lead PDA strategy and coordinate plans in collaboration with digital commerce team, e-marketing, agency partners (e-enabler, media, audit, data) and retailers.
• Support and ensure application of digital merchandising key beliefs by the respective functions and partners in all relevant touch points (Amazon Ads Media+Search , Flipkart Ads Media+Search , BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart Media + Search and category/digital marketing/social media marketing initiatives with Supertails, HUFT, Zigly and other E-SPT partners)
• Manage process and tools to support planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of PDA.
• Create annual plans and calendars, working closely with brand marketing to bring to life media campaigns on all external platforms. Entire annual DCom Marketing expenditure budget management.
• Measure and analyze PDA performance for insights, codify them and make sound recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement of RoAS
• Organize test & learn to refine PDA key beliefs & learnings for continuous improvement and to cater to a constantly changing environment.

1. Education & Professional Qualification
Degree qualified or equivalent in a business /e-commerce related discipline
2. Knowledge/Experience
• Have strong commercial understanding of e-Commerce
• Four to five years of experience with either a large e-commerce retailer, or on the agency side specifically deploying performance marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms, or a large FMCG organization with the e-commerce teams
• Prior and demonstrable experience in a larger retailer or agency with exposure to Amazon Ads, Flipkart Media , Social media marketing , Google marketing, SEO and search expertise
• Good communication skills to educate & influence stakeholders
• Good analytical skill and ability to turn data into insights
• Proven project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
• Strong multi-stakeholder management skills
• Proven and demonstrated experience having worked with agency partners to deploy e-commerce performance marketing campaigns on retailer platforms
