Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of the Perfect Clinic program across markets within the cluster, translating category and portfolio priorities into clear execution principles.
Define and continuously evolve the Perfect Clinic Picture of Success, including knowledge, clinic experience, recommendation, and assortment standards.
Partner closely with Sales Teams to ensure strong engagement, effective implementation, and consistent execution in veterinary clinics.
Collaborate with Category, Portfolio, and other cross-functional teams to align strategies and maximize business impact.
Leverage customer, market, and shopper insights to identify opportunities and continuously improve clinic execution standards.
Develop and track KPIs that measure the effectiveness of Perfect Clinic and Nutrition 360 initiatives.
Organize and support training programs that enable sales associates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Share local market insights and best practices with regional teams while adapting global strategies to local business needs.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Category Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Development, Shopper Insights, or a related commercial function.
Strong understanding of customer-facing environments and the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience working in B2B environments and collaborating effectively across multiple teams and markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
Strategic mindset combined with the ability to drive execution and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Comfort working in dynamic and evolving environments, balancing ambiguity with clear decision-making.
Fluent written and spoken English.
