Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old
The Senior Performance Measurement Representative performs analytical and less standard control and client servicing activities to ensure accurate and timely performance measurement reporting for BBH’s clients according to established standards. The Senior Representative is responsible for more complex tasks under direct supervision of the Performance Measurement Manager .
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Analysis/Client Servicing
- Calculates, analyzes, reviews and reports performance calculations, dividend yields and/or 30 day SEC yields and attribution (as necessary) for BBH clients.
- Provides data to database companies including portfolio holdings and information to calculate accurate performance and statistics
- Fields and responds to more complex client inquiries and escalates issues
- Exhibits sound understanding of BBH products and services
Risk and Control
- Ensures the accurate and timely performance measurement and attribution reporting (as necessary); Reconciles and analyzes data source for calculations; Prepares reporting with necessary supporting documentation for review by Manager
- Responds to internal and external audit requests promptly and accurately
- Contributes to departmental procedures
- Ensures adherence to all established procedures and controls
Technology, Innovation and Productivity
- Uses internal systems to gain full knowledge of applications as they relate to the responsibilities of the Performance Measurement group
- Compiles, monitors and verifies data used within internal systems
Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (finance or accounting concentration preferred), and/or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years mutual fund industry experience in a mutual fund accounting or performance measurement related role
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Knowledge of SEC N-1A and N-2 requirements and or separate account performance are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritize assignments through multi-tasking while dealing with competing deadlines.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel is a plus.
- Client service skills.
