Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant (GL/KK/AP)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules—particularly General Ledger (GL), Commitment Control (KK), and Accounts Payable (AP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, configuration, and testing, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions within the PeopleSoft environment.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical design specifications.

• Evaluate feasibility and ensure alignment of proposed solutions with organizational goals.

Design & Configuration

• Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, KK, AP) based on project requirements.

• Develop high-level conceptual designs, process flows, and functional documentation.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Testing & Validation

• Develop system test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

• Conduct system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.

• Validate that delivered solutions meet functional and business expectations.

Change Management & Support

• Support change management and user adoption during ERP implementation.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical/development teams.

• Provide functional guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules, especially GL, KK, and AP.

• Proven experience in functional configuration, requirements gathering, and testing within PeopleSoft.

• Excellent understanding of business processes related to financial systems.

• Strong communication and documentation skills with both business and technical teams.

• Ability to work in a structured project management environment (Agile/Waterfall).

• Experience facilitating UAT and preparing test plans and functional specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Integration Broker, Workflow, and SQL.

• Knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules within the FSCM suite.
