We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Developer with 4–8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials development, customization, maintenance, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Finance modules, PeopleTools, Application Designer, and technical development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, supporting, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Finance applications while collaborating with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.

The EM can edit and populate the description with project-specific requirements, preferred modules, client details, work location, and other relevant information.

• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft Financials applications.
  

• Work on PeopleTools development, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and related tools.
  

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PeopleSoft Finance applications.
  

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams.
  

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support during SIT/UAT and production releases.
  

• Support integrations between PeopleSoft Finance and external systems.
  

• Prepare technical documentation and follow development and change management standards.
  

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft Finance / PeopleSoft Financials.
  

• Strong hands-on experience in PeopleTools.
  

• Proficiency in PeopleCode development.
  

• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer.
  

• Hands-on experience in Application Engine.
  

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  

• Experience in PeopleSoft customizations, enhancements, and technical support.
  

• Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  

• Experience with PeopleSoft Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Management (AM).
  

• Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and web services.
  

• Knowledge of Component Interface, SQR, and XML Publisher.
  

• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and production support.
  

• Understanding of Finance business processes and functional requirements.
  

• Experience working in Agile or enterprise application support environments.
  

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

The EM should update the JD with the specific PeopleSoft Finance modules, database technology, work location, shift timings, employment type, and project-specific mandatory requirements.
