Job Description

You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.
You will partner with plant Leadership Team, project teams and People Lead to support the delivery of the plant transformation agenda with a focus on the plant automation program, shop floor organization and capability building.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Coordinate the Automation People Plan with the project team and People Lead including 4 box governance, project plan and providing status updates as required
  • Closely track actions in the people plan and ensure they are completed on time, escalating where required
  • Support implementation of Continuous Improvement Tools, Integrated Lean Six Sigma & Techniques including skills matrix, skills assessments and work standards.
  • Partner with function leads to support capability building including assessments and recruitment as needed
  • Support implementation of new shop floor organisation
  • Support the People Lead in preparation and execution of consultation requirements
  • Support the creation and delivery of change management and communication plans
