What are we looking for?
Seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Intern to join our People Technology team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People Technology systems and processes. The ideal candidate will support the People Technology team in optimizing our Workday system such as business processes, security, dashboard and analytics and SOX audit procedures.
What will you do?
- Assist with data audit, data cleanup and updates of the Workday system
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in system testing and updates
- Assist in analyzing people data to identify trends and insights
- Assist with developing training materials and systems documentations
- Analyze potential ML/AI capabilities within Workday
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Previous internship experience
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools
- Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft tools
- Hands on experience with leading People Technology team
- Self-learner and self starter
