As People Lead, based in Hyderabad, you will be a senior-level individual contributor and a trusted partner to the CTO and their leadership team. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving organisational change, supporting restructuring efforts, and helping to build the next generation of tech talent—while scaling the culture, capabilities, and impact of one of our most critical global talent hubs.

You will be at the forefront of solving complex people challenges, applying innovation and automation to streamline our practices, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience for approximately 200 colleagues within our Technology function.
What You’ll Do
Drive high-impact people programs that scale with the business—from performance management, Hybrid work environment, engagement and onboarding. You’ll bring a strong focus on both business outcomes and employee experience.
Partner with Technology leadership team to strengthen the capabilities of managers and teams. You’ll play a hands-on role in organisational design, team engagement, and leadership coaching—guiding decisions that shape the future of Redpin India in Hyderabad.
Build and scale the core HR practices that support our people and leaders—covering employee relations, performance, policies, compensation, and compliance. You'll ensure our foundations remain scalable, fair, and legally sound.
- 8+ years of strong HR experience in India, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
- Experience supporting and partnering with Engineering leadership teams
- Expertise in Indian labour law, employee relations, and compliance
- Proven ability to build scalable HR foundations in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- A strong track record of coaching and influencing senior leaders
- Collaborative, humble, and curious mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity
